Last weekend, 16 members of the AlphaGraphics team along with facilitator, Dave Fellman, and two guests from AlphaGraphics’ corporate office met for a comprehensive workshop themed “The New Now.” As both a summary of the highs and lows of 2010 and a planning session for 2011, the team met at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel to tackle the following topics: maintaining a strong team, reviewing our marketing strategy, protecting our legacy business, and developing our web plan.
Project Coordinator, Kristen Massucci, believes that these planning sessions are vital to the continued success of our business. She commented, "The industry we're in is changing at such a rapid pace, that it's invaluable for us to regroup as a team on a regular basis. Staying on our toes as we delve into the marketing arena not only helps us grow, but helps us support our clients in a much more beneficial way."
With factors such as the digital evolution, data explosion, e-commerce, and the consolidation of traditional printing influencing our industry, the AlphaGraphics team meets semi-annually to address these issues and to strategize how their team will use these changing conditions to create opportunities for growth.
